Refund policy
We do not offer voluntary change-of-mind refunds after digital supply when the statutory digital-content withdrawal exception validly applies. This is not an exclusion of mandatory consumer rights.
Withdrawal and immediate supply
Consumers normally have a 14-day withdrawal period for online purchases. Before checkout we separately request express consent to immediate digital supply and acknowledgement of the applicable loss of withdrawal rights. We confirm the choice by email before activating purchased access. The exception applies only if all legal requirements are met. If the purchase is legally an ongoing digital service, or valid consent or confirmation is absent, the rights that apply to that purchase remain available.
Faults, non-delivery and payment errors
Contact support for content that is not delivered, does not work as promised, or an incorrect or duplicate charge. We investigate and provide the repair, replacement, price reduction, cancellation or refund required by law. A valid remedy cannot be refused merely because a file was downloaded or linked to a computer. Server bans do not by themselves create an additional voluntary refund policy, but do not remove rights arising from misleading promises or other legal grounds.
How to withdraw or complain
Use the Withdraw from a purchase button at https://67clientofficial.com/withdraw, or email [email protected]. Give your order reference and contact email. No reason is required for a statutory withdrawal. The online form records your request and sends an email confirmation; submission does not instantly refund your payment. We assess the request and process legally required refunds within the applicable deadline, normally 14 days after a valid withdrawal, to the original payment method.
